A Bit About Me

Renée Dineen

I am an internationally sought after thought leader playing at the intersection of business and psychology. I have been transforming organizations, teams and careers of talented and ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers for over 20 years in over 40 countries in industries as diverse as academia, biotech, pharmaceuticals, service and technology, health care, food and dairy, government, internet, consulting, education, and non-profit.

My own career included a five-year executive expatriate assignment in Switzerland leading the Organizational Development organization for Roche-Genentech’s largest division supporting 15,000 employees worldwide.

I am a coach and strategic advisor to leaders and teams at the helm of mergers, acquisitions, leadership transitions, and people strategy revisions. My client list includes Roche, Amazon, BCG, Volkswagen, Novartis, HP, and Nestlé, among many other multinational firms. I also coach students and executives seeking deeper work and life meaning at at two prestigious universities--Stanford University and IMD (International Management Development) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Recovering Work-a-holic

As a recovering workaholic and action junky that left a $1,000,000/year executive role in Biotech to give myself a genuine shot at doing work in the world that mattered most to my heart and do that work without sacrificing the whole of my life, today I run my own global coaching and consulting practice out of California. I spend at least 25% of my time working with non-profits and topics related to women and leadership.

What drives me above all is the opportunity to reduce human and organizational suffering and equip people from all walks of life, to live with more purpose, grace, and joy.

Most importantly, I am a wife and mom to a middle-schooler and high schooler with a shared love for travel--48 countries and counting! My blog on the topic can be found at: www.travelmomentswithkids.com

Travel is my other passion

Travel Moments with Kids

My family and I are fueled by our passion for travel, which includes 48 countries and counting. Inspired by these experiences, I have a blog on these experiences that can be found at www.travelmomentswithkids.com.

I hope our blog and related social media communities can expand some of the limiting paradigms that keep parents from traveling with kids—encouraging more families to travel, explore and connect by seeing the world together and sharing experiences that inspire one another from the inside out
