Assessments

In this section you will find a variety of my favorite assessment resources that I commonly use in my practice. Assessments help to illuminate realities that people, teams or organizations may not see. They also give focus to strengths and opportunities for growth and change.

Leadership

Leadership Circle: The only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface.

NeuroView Leadership: This leadership assessment provides leaders with feedback from their team on 8 key trust factors and is integrated with our neurochange platform, Momentor, to facilitate deliberate practice and habit change in leaders resulting in a high trust team

Hogan 360: A comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool designed to help career-minded individuals and leaders at any level of an organization gain a better understanding of how they are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others.

Center for Creative Leadership Benchmarks: Includes four research-based 360-degree instruments with a consistent reporting format to help organizations create a common leadership language and consistent feedback process at multiple levels through the company.

Culture

Leadership Culture Survey: See the whole picture of your organization’s leadership culture. Discover a compelling rationale for change and get a thorough and valid assessment of your team or organizational culture.

Ofactor Trust/Culture Survey: Organizational trust survey with a new generation dashboard, 10-weeks of micro-training videos and 12-weeks of “neuro-nudge” pulse surveys to enhance organizational trust.

Values

Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory: The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.

Team

NeuroTeamView Team Trust Assessment: This team based assessment provides teams with feedback on four trust pillars plus team emotional intelligence to provide facilitators with information to plan and deliver team building training.
